A leaked romantic text message between Nigerian musician Davido and his first baby mama, Sophia Momodu, has appeared online during their custody fight for their 9-year-old daughter, Imade Adeleke.
Just hours after Sophia’s counter-affidavit facts were revealed, an old WhatsApp chat between the separated couple leaked online.
Sophia Momodu shared a WhatsApp chat in which she and the musician exchanged flirty messages as evidence in the child custody battle.
Sophia proposed selecting a “cute, quiet Italian restaurant” for her and Davido to enjoy together in a conversation from 2020.
In response, the singer encouraged her to contact him and advised she go home because she was drunk.
In a separate conversation, Davido offered having a phone affair, to which Sophia consented.
The specifics of Sophia’s counter-affidavit and the leaked WhatsApp exchanges have sparked waves of discussion and conjecture online.
